rkgg account registration can be done through the rkgg.vu website or the rkgg mobile app. The registration process takes less than 2 minutes — fill in your username, an active Malaysia phone number, and a password, then verify the OTP sent to your phone number. You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the rkgg platform. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. The rkgg KYC process will verify your date of birth using official documents such as a MyKad or passport. Any account found to be held by an underage user will be terminated immediately.

No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one rkgg account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of rkgg's Terms and Conditions. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts concerned will be terminated and balances may be forfeited. If you already have an existing account but cannot access it, contact rkgg support for recovery assistance.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process that must be completed to unlock full withdrawal capabilities on your rkgg account. You'll need to upload clear images of the front and back of your MyKad, or the personal data page of your passport. The rkgg KYC process is typically completed within 5–10 minutes using integrated digital verification technology. Without KYC, withdrawal of winnings cannot be processed.

Changing your registered phone number requires additional identity verification to ensure account security. Log in to your rkgg account, go to Profile Settings, and select "Change Phone Number". You'll be asked to enter an OTP sent to your old number (if still active) followed by your new number. If your old number is no longer active, contact rkgg support with supporting identity verification documents.

To permanently close your rkgg account, contact rkgg support via live chat and submit your request. Before closure, make sure all real money balance has been withdrawn. Please note that account closure is irreversible — all data, game history, and bonus balance will be permanently deleted. Alternatively, consider using the self-exclusion if you just need a temporary break.

Click "Forgot Password" on the Login rkgg. Enter your registered phone number and an OTP will be sent within seconds. Use the code to set a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered phone number, contact rkgg 24/7 support with your identity verification details for account recovery via an alternative method.

Don't panic. In this situation, your money is still safe. Take a screenshot or record the transaction reference number from your banking app, then contact rkgg support via 24/7 live chat and share that information. The rkgg team will check the transaction status with the payment processor and ensure the balance is credited or refunded within 1–3 business days.

Money Withdrawal

Once KYC is verified, withdrawal of rkgg winnings is typically processed within less than 5 minutes for e-wallets and FPX. During peak periods or for large withdrawal amounts, processing may take up to 1 hour. Withdrawals to bank accounts via direct transfer are typically completed within 1–3 hours on business days.

The minimum withdrawal limit at rkgg is RM 30. The daily withdrawal limit for accounts that have completed KYC is RM 50,000. No. Winnings can only be withdrawn to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name — the same name as your rkgg account. This is a strict rkgg security policy to protect your funds and comply with financial compliance regulations. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed.

Withdrawal requests still showing a "Processing" status can be cancelled via the Transaction History section in your rkgg account by clicking the "Cancel" button. Once the status changes to "Sent" or "Completed", cancellation is no longer possible. If you need help cancelling a withdrawal, contact rkgg support immediately.

First, check the withdrawal status in your rkgg account's Transaction History. If the status shows "Completed" but the funds haven't arrived after 3 hours for e-wallets or 24 hours for bank transfers, contact rkgg support with your transaction reference number. We will confirm with the processor and ensure your funds reach the correct destination.

The wagering requirement is the number of times you need to wager the bonus value before the bonus funds can be converted to real money and withdrawn. For example, if your bonus is RM 50 with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling RM 1,000 (RM 50 × 20) before the bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal. Yes, you can choose to opt out of bonuses and play with real money only. If a bonus has already been credited but you have not used it, you can cancel the bonus through your rkgg account settings under "Active Bonuses". Yes, all rkgg bonuses have a validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Generally, welcome bonuses are valid for 7 days, while daily reload bonuses are typically valid for 24 hours. Once the validity period expires, unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements will be automatically removed from your account.
